What’s a REALTOR®?
REALTOR® is more than just a fancy (and often mispronounced) title for a real estate agent. REALTORS® abide by the National Association of REALTORS® guidelines for conduct, best practices, and professionalism.
A good agent will have you sign a Consumer Notice to acknowledge that you understand what an agent can actually do within the confines of the regulations.
